Ethics and moral philosophy study, as a practical philosophy, it faces and solves lots of moral problems within the practice field. Their quest for the ultimate goal of good points to freedom. In this process, in particular the development of Western philosophy from the ancient Greek and Roman ethics begin until today have always been around "people" in this core, the most fundamental problem continues to expand. The core of the "people" as the starting point based on ethics, also known as human ethics of science. From Kant’s point of view, it is a matter of practical research in the field, which is totally dependent on human rationality (itself) without any sensory experiential factors, and in this area, people are completely free (Will) beings, they are not only natural legislation, but also for their own legislation, so people are self-legislation, self-abiding beings that they are disciplined, because of people’s freedom (self-discipline),the moral law (or free law) compliance has become a "categorical order." These phenomena are worth their deep thinking and reflection. Focus to our country’s moral education, especially moral culture for college students who have entered the university, it is far greater than the effect of the degree of attention it comes to, many students even dislike "moral education", because in to them, it seems that "morality" is not really strange, because they "grew to know." Based on this, the whole research goes with the current problems of moral education as the breakthrough point of the practice, based on Habermas’ Discourse ethics as a major theoretical support, in order to explore a road of moral education in favor of the work carried out (at least meaningful and helpful theoretically).The full text is divided into four parts and started first is to discuss the ethical (ideological) introduction and understanding, which mainly comes to discuss the ethical background, the construction elements as well as issues such as how possible it is to come out. It’s the premise of understanding of Habermas’ Discourse Ethics, which is an important first step of the study. Then explain the theoretical and practical value of discourse ethics has, it is proposed to create not only an important significance for the philosophical study of ethics, but also has a certain degree of reference for the value to solve real-world problems, focusing summarized The main features of discourse ethics has, will help us to further discuss the ethics inquiry. The third part is to return to the main reason for the current reality to the contrary, there is a problem of moral reason for their performance, will discuss ethics (theory), as we explore the practical problems of a powerful weapon, with its emphasis on the demonstration of the problem "how is possible to use discuss in moral education? " The last part expounds which areas the significance of moral discourse ethics is reflected in, and puts forward some own opinions to solve the concrete problems, in order to provide some useful reference to change the current situation of moral cultivation which is also the main ways of writing The purpose and mission lies.In respect of the current study of discuss ethics we have discussed in our country is still limited. Although discuss ethics for specific practical problems (solution) has its own limitations, ethical spirit which are involved in negotiations undoubtedly deserves our attention, "mutual subjectivity" presented as well as freedom, equality and other concepts of stress for us has important practical significance, which’s worth the in-depth study and further exploration.
