Small Town Residential Environment Livability Evaluation Under The Background Of New Urbanization

In recent years, with the speeding up of urbanization, traffic congestion, housing nervous, environmental damage, and lost characteristic, neighbourhood relations apathy and a series of urban problems began to highlight, the third plenary session of the 18 clearly put forward: to perfect the system of urbanization, adhere to the new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics. A new type of urbanization is to enhance the city culture, improve public services, improve the quality of environment, enhance the connotation, such as the social harmony as the center, to create high quality living environment suitable for human habitation. The living environment as a foundation for the survival and development conditions, its quality is not only related to people’s physical and mental health, and measure the progress of social civilization.Research on residential environment are mostly concentrated in large and medium cities, small cities and towns(county) is living environment less attention in the research area, but the small towns in our country is playing a more and more important role in the process of urbanization, in this context, this article choose Lin Zhang county such ordinary small town as research object, on the basis of the research at home and abroad about the living environment evaluation, conform to the principle of index system of residential environment establishment, set out from two aspects of subjective and objective, first of all, through the Lin Zhang county in 2009-2013 relevant index statistics, from the economic development level, comfortable degree, the degree of the ecological environment, the four aspects of the degree of social harmony constructed Lin Zhang county living environment livability of objective evaluation system, and the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) is adopted to dynamic analysis has been made for the construction of residential environment subsystem and comparative analysis, it is concluded that the county from 2009 to 2013 living environment comprehensive index is gradually increased, the four subsystems are steady development, but the degree of economic development subsystem development slower conclusions; Secondly, from the economic development, the infrastructure and service facilities, ecological environment, human environment five aspects to build the Lin Zhang county living environment livability subjective evaluation system, with 268 valid questionnaire data as the foundation, using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the combination of single evaluation method, draw the county overall habitable environment, average and further find out the specific factors affecting the development of living environment; Finally according to the result of subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation of residential environment construction in the county has made certain achievements, but there are many conclusions the problems to be improved, and the economic development, living conditions and ecological environment, human environment four aspects, puts forward some countermeasures for the optimization of residential environment.
