The Research On The Government Function In The Development Of The National Culture Industry In Inner Mongolia

"Cultural industry" is a special economic form based on the integration of culture and economy. As an important social resources and new economic resources, the cultural capital in the world economic integration and diversification today has more productive connotation. As the important manifestation of social culture, the development of culture industry has a direct impact on the social economy and cultural development of the country or region. Inner Mongolia has a deep national history and culture, riched in folk culture and religion, contained widespread cultural industry and potential. In the background of the development of urbanization, various regions rely on the rich national cultural resources with their own development of economics, promote the characteristic development of the national culture industry. This paper, which based on the government function visual angle of urbanization construction, to develop the national culture industry as the research object, using the theory of cultural industries and social management of government and industrial policy theory, researches the significance of the development of the national culture industry. The development of culture industry in Inner Mongolia has a series of problems which lack of macroeconomic regulation and control mechanism in the effective way, and the protection of ethnic culture consciousness is not strong in characteristics loss, and the government management mechanism is not perfect, shortage of talents and infrastructure and service capacity is not strong and so on. A comparative study of domestic and foreign experiences, Inner Mongolia should have the profound understanding urbanization and cultural resources of the the existing state of affairs and the strengthen of the government’s macro-control, to deepen the reform of the cultural system, and improve the policy and promote coordinated development between urbanization and industrialization gives a forward practical suggestions.
