Mental health problems of secondary vocational school students has been widespread attention in education problems,and interpersonal problems in mental health is the priority among priorities research.The current studies founds that,interpersonal problems have become an important psychological problems of vocational students,how to effectively solve interpersonal problems of vocational students,improve the students ability of interpersonal communication,it has become an important issue in the research and practice of psychological counseling.This research investigate interpersonal skills of vocational school students from Dongguan;On the above basis,30 students were selected as research objects.Group counseling which was under the guidance of Neuro Linguistic Programming(NLP)theory,to improve the interpersonal communication skills.287 students of grade 2 from a vocational school of Dongguan a 7 classes by cluster random sampling principle extraction were selected as research objects,interpersonal relationships assessment scale,PEI,SAD and IAS was given to them to analyze the interpersonal communication skills and its influence factor.30 of 287 students who thought was lack of interpersonal skill were selected as research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group.15 more normal students were selected as blank control group.Group counseling which was under the guidance of NLP theory was given to experimental group.Ordinary group activities(chatting,watching movies)was given to control group.Students of blank control group were still study and life carried on.The results shows that:(1)Scores of PEI,SAD,UCLA and IAS on experimental group has significant variation among pretest,posttest and following up test.(2)After 6 weeks,the variation in scores had statistical significance between experimental group and control group.(3)By contrast,the variation in scores had statistical significance between experimental group and blank control group.
