By the impact of Social Cognitive Career Theory, we think that it's more important to have self-perceived employability than have ability to actually be awared in the course of occupational choices.Therefore, the focus on the employability of university students is shifted to on their self-perceived employability in this study. It includes three parts to research students'self-perceived employability and the relationship between self-perceived employability and personality.In the first research, apply the method of standard psychological questionnaire making The Questionnaire for self-perceived employability of university graduates。1100 university graduates were measured with this questionnaire. By multiple statistic method the report finically decides the competence items, which are factor analyzed into 60 items, 10 factors and 3 dimensions. Self-perceived work attitudes and personal qualities dimension includes self-perceived wok attitudes,resistance capacity and cooperation ability; self-perceived self-promotion and career management capacity includes self-perceived learning ability,the capacity of career planning,job search and self-promotion ability,creative ability,leading ability; self-perceived the ability of professional knowledge and its application includes self-perceived problem-solving ability and professional knowledge and skills. It proves that the questionnaire has good internal consistency reliabilty, and also has good internal validity and structural validity. It could be offer an effective tool to survey the self-perceived employability of university graduates.In the second research, using The Questionnaire for self-perceived employability of university graduates to investigate 900 university graduates to analyze the status of university graduates'self-perceived employability and the influence of demographic variables, the results show:(1)There are some differences in 10 factors, highest score is the self-perceived work attitude, the lowest points is self-perceived career planning ability, and overall, there is a significant difference between the mean;(2)Overall, there is no significant difference within the variable of gender, school, major, born of their own districts, source place of students, family economic situation. However, there existes significant difference in self-perceived work attitudes and learning ability within the variable of gender, school anf major.(3)There is a significant difference within the variable of whether has having experience of student leaders, exercitation.In the third research, using simplified edition of the Big Five Personality Scale based on the Big Five personality model made by Costa et al to investigate the relationship between self-perceived employability and personality, the results show:(1)Adaptability, sociability,openness, altruism and morality have positive relationship with self-perceived employability significantly;(2) Big Five personality can predict the self-perceived employability, and the prediction is different in different dimension.
