With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the incidence of adolescent psychological behavior problems is gradually increasing,which has become an important public health problem related to the future of the country and the nation.Especially in recent years,the news reports about campus bullying frequently appear in people's vision,the mental health of bullied middle school students is affected by varying degrees.The negative emotions caused by being bullied are likely to lower the forgiveness level,generate the motivation and behavior of revenge on others,and thus lead to interpersonal alienation and interpersonal maladaptation.Therefore,in order to explore the influence factors of middle school students tend to forgiveness and its mechanism of action,to being bullied as the breakthrough point,this research discusses forgiveness tendency in mediating role between the bullied and interpersonal adaptation.It has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the level of middle school students forgiveness and interpersonal skills on the basis of the psychological group counseling intervention and solve the problem of the reality of being bullied to provide operational intervention plan.Here are two studies in this paper:The first one,a total of 5,500 junior high school students from Guangdong,Guangxi,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi and other provinces were randomly selected as subjects by stratified sampling,and 4,675 valid data were collected by using multidimensional bullying scale,adolescent forgiveness tendency questionnaire and interpersonal adaptation scale as survey tools.Explore the relationship between bullying and forgiveness and interpersonal adaptation in middle school students.On the basis of study one,students with bullying experience,forgiveness tendency and interpersonal adaptation level were selected.In combination with the nomination of the students above the peers,the head teacher and the grade leader,and the students' willingness,32 students were chosen and divided into the experimental group and the no-treatment control group,with16 students in each.A group counseling program focused on improving the subjects' forgiveness tendency was used for group counseling.The experimental group were given group psychological counseling for one and a half hours once a week for 9 weeks,while the control group were given no intervention,so as to investigate the role of this counseling program in improving the forgiveness level and interpersonal adaptation level of middle school students.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The phenomenon of middle school students being bullied is relatively common in the group of the subjects.There are significant differences in grade,one-child status and family location,but no significant differences in gender.2.There were significant differences in the total score of forgiveness tendency in gender,grade and family location,while there were no remarkable differences in the degree of middle school students' forgiveness tendency and interpersonal forgiveness,but it differs significantly in the degree of self-forgiveness.3.The prosocial orientation dimensions of interpersonal adaptation are significantly different in grade,one-child status and family location,but not in gender;the dimension of interpersonal alienation of interpersonal adaptation differs significantly in grade and family location,but not in gender and one-child status.4.Being bullied can negatively predict forgiveness tendency and interpersonal adaptation,while forgiveness tendency can positively predict interpersonal adaptation.The tendency to forgive partially mediates between bullying and interpersonal adaptation.5.Forgiveness group psychological counseling activities can significantly improve the forgiveness level of middle school students and promote the interpersonal adaptation level of middle school students.
