In recent years, our country have paid more and more attention to the occupation education, especially for the development of secondary occupation education. The sec ondary vocational school students has become an important part of China’s modern in dustry process. However, the moral education of the vocational school in China still h ave a certain gap between the development and the requirements of the reality. This h as an inseparable relationship to do with the student’s psychological development, the environment and social development. The secondary vocational school students are in an age grades which are a developing early stage of young people, and most of them will be the first line skilled workers in the future modernization. In the depths of their vocational school period, all the behavior and to develop education are linked with the ir future career. So, for the character formation in the process of their growth, the rese arch and analysis behind their behavior way are also seemed very important. The auth or starts from the phenomenon behavior of the secondary vocational school campus vi olence, and thinking deeply for an ethics solution way. This paper first introduces the reason of the topic, then through the analysis and research of the campus violence the ory at home and abroad, to lead into the research of campus violence in secondary voc ational schools in china. The second chapter explains what is the vocational schools, c ombined with the questionnaire survey, found the cultural basis of vocational students are poor, don’t have the learning initiative, self-control are poor, unable to distinguish good from bad when making friends, and vulnerable to domestic and external environ ment emotionally. The author cites some secondary vocational school violence which are more typical of side and the society in recent years, and summarize the types and t he causes of the campus violence in secondary vocational schools. The third chapter st arts from the ethics education, to explore the factors analysis of the lack of ethics educ ation with three aspects:family, school and society. And to further explore the value o rientation and judgment of vocational school students.Secondary vocational school compared with other schools of basic education, has its own unique properties. It is not only a place to teach students the basic cultural kno wledge, and also a place based on the practice where to cultivate students "how to bec ome an adult, how to make a living by use the skills", that’s why the development and cultivation of secondary vocational students are closely related with teacher’s lives. Ea ch campus and educational workers are unable to sit while ignoring or is unable to pre vent school violence, in the fourth chapter, the author expounds the ethical approach t o solve the campus violence in secondary vocational school. Currently, the secondary vocational schools emphasis on moral education with discipline and safety, and the str engthening of ethics and occupation moral education before practice and employment were neglected for the students. With the gradual deepening of China’s social economi c transition, the negative factors are also disseminated in our campus. In order to avoi d the campus violence, the only way is to determine the pursuit direction of the main value for the vocational students, improve their value judgment, constantly optimize t he curriculum teaching of moral education, take ethics education with various forms, enhance teachers’moral education, improve the relationship between teachers and stu dents in secondary vocational school, change the traditional appraisal mechanism, ma ke the students to fully feel the sense of value and the sense of presence as a secondar y vocational school student, to create a harmonious campus environment constantly.Every one of us were grew up in the campus, move towards the society and grad ually mature. Before the secondary vocational school students enter the society, we as educational worker, should not only consider the education present situation, must be considered for their future development. The author thinks, far away from the campu s violence, create civilized and harmonious campus, cultivate high-quality workers wh o have perfect personality, great skills, could adapt to the needs of the development of modern society, have both ability and political integrity, the unity of knowledge and practice, that is the bounden duty for the secondary vocational educators!...
