Chinese and Japanese belong to different phylum, but they all use Chinese characters. Chinese characters have been widely used since they were introduced to Japan; the evolution of the Japanese was also reflecting on some Japanese kanji were used by the Chinese. Both languages influence each other, resulting in a lot of the same or similar form of vocabulary, producing a so-called Homograph. Chinese and Japanese Homograph can be, based on their meanings, divided in isomorphic synonymous, homonyms and isomorphic near synonyms. For Japanese Chinese learners, they can clearly know the meaning of some words through the mother tongue language. And some words are too literally to the Japanese learners, and will produce Negative transfer effect.The level five words in "The New HSK Lexical Syllabus" are include 2500 words, compared with other levels of vocabulary, the vocabulary is moderate, and have a great significance. The purpose of this paper is to analysis the Chinese and Japanese Homograph, which form the level five words in "The New HSK Lexical Syllabus", as far as possible within a certain range shows all of the results, hoping to make Japanese Chinese learners understand the similarities and differences of Homograph,and use the similarities to learn the Chinese vocabulary better. On the other word, Japanese Chinese learners may remember the differences between the Chinese and Japanese Homograph. In this way, maybe can reduce the negative transfer of mother tongue language, and made the work to achieve twice the result with half the effort. At the same time, hoping the teachers can predict the transfer effect when students learn a new vocabulary, and make sure they are ready to answer the emphasis and difficulty of the word, and make the teaching of vocabulary easier.This article is based on the results of previous studies. The first part is the introduction part, it elaborates the significance and reason of the selected topic, also includes the objects of the research and methods of the research, and lists some of the research of domestic and foreign scholars. In the second chapter, generally summed up the concept of kanji word, history and classification of the Chinese words in Japanese, discussed the reasons for the formation of Homograph Chinese and Japanese, as well as the status of Homograph Chinese and Japanese. In the third chapter, we discuss the level five words in "The New HSK Lexical Syllabus". At first, according to the form of Chinese and Japanese to find the homograph in these words, then according to the difference between the meaning of the homograph divided the words into isomorphic synonymous, homonyms and isomorphic near synonyms. And then focuses on the meaning and speech of these words, summarized these words, then predict the Positive and Negative Transfer of these words in the learning and teaching. The fourth chapter takes the way of questionnaire survey on the level five words in "The New HSK Lexical Syllabus", through the survey we can analyze the homograph deeply. At the same time, in this section, the tests and the results of the questionnaire survey are analyzed, and through the questionnaire survey to find out the advantages and disadvantages when the Japanese Chinese learners learn these words, and provide some reference for the future teaching progress. At the end of the paper, mainly make some suggestions for the language transfer effect between Chinese and Japanese. According to the results of comparative and analysis, advanced a number of recommendations to the Japanese Chinese learners, and also put forward some ideas for the vocabulary teachers. Finally, the paper attached to the questionnaire and the table of Homograph of the level five words in "The New HSK Lexical Syllabus".
