Due to reasons such as geography, history, cultural, there have a special relationship between Chinese and Japanese. This special relationship first Performance in language vocabulary. China and Japan all belongs to the Chinese Culture Circle, so they have lots of isomorphic Chinese words. There are differences and similarities in the Chinese-Japanese homographs. When the Japanese learners learning Chinese, they are likely to see the name of a thing and think of its function or interpret without real understanding to borrow the Mother tongue strategy to generalize an negative transference which will cause mistakes.Class A vocabulary is the basic vocabulary in the Chinese vocabulary. After mastering the basic vocabulary, students learning Chinese can played an important role in there study. In the "Lexical Syllabus" have vast majority of the noun. So the "Lexical Syllabus" class A vocabulary of the noun is meaningful in learning Chinese as second language for Japanese. This article is divided into four chapters:The first chapter: elaborated the selected topic reason and the significance, the research both in domestic and abroad, and the research scope and research method.The second chapter: An overview of Homograph words, combined with their view of research at domestic and abroad, then determine the concept of Chinese and Japanese Homograph words.The third chapter: according to the theory of "Lexical Syllabus” class A Chinese and Japanese Homograph words. and analyze these vocabulary. The fourth chapter :in view of teaching strategy for Japanese students when they learning Chinese and Japanese Homograph words of nouns. Master the regular of Chinese and Japanese Homograph words, students can improve their learning efficiency.
