The Relationship Of College Students Among Self-supporting Personality, Psychological Capital And Pro-social Behaviors

Pro-social tendencies scale study, adolescent self Personality Scale and Scale positive psychological capital, Chengdu, Sichuan more than 800 colleges and universities college students as samples to investigate the application SPSS18.0 and Amos6.0 to analyze data reveals Students’ self-personality situation, The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Self personality better overall level of college students. the highest level of personal independence, independence and low interpersonal inter-personal initiative. Students self personality on gender, profession, students, the difference was significant only child, there was no significant difference in the grade.(2) Students better overall psychological capital, where the highest level of optimism, low self-efficacy. Students’ psychological capital on gender, grade, professional, experienced cadre or without significant differences, if there is no significant difference in students to and for the only child.(3) Situation pro-social behaviors of college students overall at the middle level, and in the dimension of urgency and emotion of a high level, the lowest level in the public dimension. Pro-social behavior in gender, grade, specialty, whether the difference was significant only child, there was no significant difference in students on the ground.(4) Overall self personality can significantly predict the level of pro-social behavior, including individual open, flexible and individual initiative interpersonal larger for pro-social behavior predictive power.(5) Psychological Capital for pro-social behavior has a significant positive effect, and is optimistic about the pro-social behavior of the strongest predictors.(6) Independence personality psychological capital by a significant positive predictor of which individual initiative, positively predict interpersonal flexible and interpersonal dimensions of psychological capital initiative strongest.(7) After mediating effect test, personality; psychological capital in open personal, interpersonal and flexible, individual initiative between pro-social behavior and partial mediator.
