Empirical Analysis Regarding The Influence Of Factors On The Development Of Cultural Industry In Shanxi Province

Since 21 th century, the cultural industry has been obtaining attention from the government of China gradually. In terms of the development of cultural industy, the provincial party committee and provincial government of Shanxi intensified the process of industrial restructuring,released the strategic conception about constructing culture-led province and creating the new image of culture-led province. The development of cultural industry can not only promote economic development effectively and enhance the comprehensive level of cultural quality, but also eliminate the relevant issues caused by resources exhaustion. Shanxi province has highly cultural richness, cultural industry also obtained considerable attentions and supports from government while developing economy, which enables it to become the leader in the development of tertiary industry in Shanxi province. Nevertheless, compared to other provinces and regions, a considerable gab also could be found in Shanxi regarding the development of cultural industry. It indicates that there would be some factors that constrain the development of cultural industry in the process of development of cultural industry in Shanxi province,which influence the developing speed of cultural industry in Shanxi province.Currently, although a large number of scholars applied qualitative approach to investitage the development of Shanxi cultural industry, butrelatively few employed empirical analysis approach to analyse the influence factors the development of Shanxi cultural industry,. The current research introduced the current situation of the development of Shanxi cultural industry, and made contrast it with the developing level of cultural industry in other provinces. Meanwhile, through Grey Relational Analysis(GRA), this research extracted the indexes of influencing factors from five aspects of cultural industry self-development, demand of cultural industry, governmental supports, supports from human resources and relevant industries to calculate the degree of relevancy, analysed the relationship between each index and the development of cultural industry according the empirical results. According to the resultes of analysis,relevant strategies and suggestions in terms of the development of Shanxi cultural industry, could be released as: perfecting the planning scheme of development of cultural industry, increasing the investment in cultural industry, completing the policy-system of cultural indusry, strengthening the training for professional talent in cultural industry, intensifying the innovation of the system of cultural industry, reinforcing the culture propaganda.
