This article, from a psychological perspective, took 60 citizens and 120 migrant workers as the subjects, used the method combination of subliminal priming procedure 、implicit association test method and questionnaire. Though the implicit identity,the study divided the subjects into three groups which were migrant workers of migrant identity, migrant workers of citizen identity and citizens, explored the relationship of implicit aggressiveness,explicit aggression and self-stigma among three groups of different identities. The main conclusions are as follows:1.The subjects have significant differences in the level of average monthly income and education in explicit aggression.Specifically in terms of the income of below 2000 Yuan and above 3000 Yuan,2001-3000 Yuan and above 3000 Yuan have significant differences among three groups, but there is no significant difference below 2000 Yuan to 3000 Yuan. From the aspect of education, subjects with lower education take more aggression than those with junior college education.2.Three groups of subjects divided by implicit identity have significant differences on the aspect of implicit aggressiveness from different identity groups to three kinds of identity backgrounds of objection. For citizens,they show significant higher implicit aggressiveness to objection of migrant workers group than those of citizen group and control condition group. Migrant workers whose identity are citizen and those whose identity are migrant workers have higher implicit aggressiveness to objection of citizen group and migrant worker group are higher than control condition group. It means inner group aggression of citizens are significant higher than intergroup aggression. Both inner group aggression and intergroup aggression of migrant workers whose identity are migrant workers and citizens are serious.3. Self-stigma of three groups of subjects has significant difference,which shows that self-stigma of migrant workers of migrant identity are significantly higher than that of migrant workers of citizen identity and citizens.4.Self-stigma has significant correlation with the score of aggression of three groups of subjects, self-stigma has significant correlation with explicit aggression of three groups, namely the higher their scores of self-stigma they have, the more explicit aggression they will show.Self-stigma has significant correlation with the score of implicit aggressiveness of migrant workers of citizen identity, but shows low significant correlation of migrant workers of migrant identity and citizens.5.Self-stigma plays a regulatory role between identity and aggressiveness...
