From the long history of the development of Chinese opera in last century, we can see that, with the "Western music Eastward", and the process of collision and integration between the culture of Western music and Eastern music, the Chinese opera was born, gradually developed and eventually became maturity. In form, it gradually developed into a large-scale, distinctive style, rich themes of Chinese style opera from a simple structure of local Yangko opera or a small opera which imitated Western drama and added the way of singing; in singing method, Chinese national singing and Chinese style’ bel canto which gradually generated on the basis of using for reference and absorbing the beneficial experience of Western bel canto which derived the "Bicultural" of Chinese opera. This paper focuses on illustrating the "Bicultural phenomenon" in the singing method of Chinese opera, and through in-depth analysis of this phenomenon, to explore the development path of Chinese opera.
