With the rapid development of China’s economy and the rising international status, Chinese language education in Thailand is developing very well. But there are few studies about efficient classroom management of vocational and technical college. In this paper, the author will research the efficient classroom management according to the characteristics of the students and on the basis of summarizing the existing classroom management research.In order to contribute to the promotion of teaching Chinese in vocational and technical college in Thailand,this paper will explore effective classroom management from the teachers’ classroom questioning control strategies, classroom rules, the organization of classroom activities,classroom setting and the default event of vocational and technical college classroom.The full paper is divided into four parts:Part one: The paper will expound scientifically about this topic research background, research significance and introduced this topic research methods and characteristics.Part two: This paper introduces the situation of Chinese teaching and classroom management about the vocational and technical college in Thailand. And then get the support through the Chinese teacher interviews, questionnaires and other methods to understand the motivation about Chinese language learning, learning foundation, the basic situation of classroom management.Part three:The paper will summarize the existing theory of classroom management and combine the condition of Business Administration Technological College and the specific case to give a detailed study on the Chinese classroom management of vocational college in Thailand. The paper will concentrate on the survey on :the strategy of classroom questioning control, formulation of classroom rules, the organization of classroom activities, the default event and the management of classroom environment.Part four: This paper will analysis the two typical cases which happened on the comprehensive course and then combined theory with practice to point out the insufficiencies and sufficiencies of classroom management.At last this paper will put forward my own thinking on how to improve the effective management.
