After the twenty-first Century,with the rapid development of China's economy,the international status of China is also gradually mentioned,cultural influence is also expanding,the world has sprang up the upsurge of learning Chinese.As one of the neighboring countries in China,Thailand has been in close contact with China since ancient times.Nowadays,under the cooperation of the two governments,Chinese schools in Thailand have been vigorously promoted in primary and secondary schools,vocational schools,universities and social training institutions.The author in June 2017,teaching Chinese in Thailand in northern Chiang Rai,Career Academy.Through the observation of the Chinese classroom and the communication with the surrounding Chinese teachers,it is found that the current situation of Chinese development in vocational schools is facing many problems,but the problem of classroom management is the most prominent and difficult.As the teachers of Chinese teaching in Thailand are mostly Chinese teachers volunteers sent by Han office,most of the volunteer teachers are graduates or graduate students,their practice teaching experience is zero.In the course of classroom management,there will be a direct impact on the progress of Chinese teaching.Therefore,the analysis and research of Chinese classroom management is very important and meaningful.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,this paper introduces the relationship between China and Thailand,the research background of the development of Chinese in Thailand,the significance of the topic,the content of the research,the method of research and so on.Secondly,according to the questionnaire survey of teacher's volume and student volume from the Chinese classroom management questionnaire,the problems of the Chinese classroom management in Thailand vocational school are analyzed through the teacher questionnaire data,such as the serious absence of students,the frequent occurrence of late phenomenon and so on,and the reasons for the students to appear in the class according to the data of the students' questionnaire.Then,I found that Chinese teachers in the Chinese classroom in Thailand vocational school are facing various problems,which are usually caused by many factors,such as teachers,students,school policies and social environment.Although there are many problems,the author analyses the teachers' questionnaire and the student questionnaire,and combines the observation and reflection of the Chinese classroom in the course of daily teaching,and finds that the problems in the classroom of Thailand vocational school can be analyzed from three aspects: teachers,students and schools.Finally,the author puts forward solutions to Chinese classroom management problems from two aspects: classroom teaching and classroom management.
