| Love confession is a step before the formal establishment of the romantic relationship, generally refers one side express love to his or her partner firstly between heterosexual and hope to establish and maintain stable romantic relationship between them. This study mainly focuses on the reasons of why female college students give up love confession.The research mainly includes two aspects:The first part: Design the questionnaire of why female colleague students give up love confession. Through literature review, opening questionnaire and expert consulting, the research initially constructed the theoretical dimensions of why female college students give up love confession, and based on the theoretical dimensions, the research designed the initial questionnaire. Through the measurement, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and confirming of structural equation, the research finally constructed four dimensions, including fear of rejection, introverted personality, love skills and the traditional conception, and made the formal questionnaire. Finally, made the reliability and validity test for the questionnaire and established the reliability coefficient was 0.82. Through the confirmatory factor analysis, the questionnaire had a good fit indicator.The second part: study the traits of why female college students give up love confession. Investigate 506 female colleague students and take the questionnaire of why female colleague students give up love confession as the measurement. The results showed that, there was significant difference between those who have love experience and those who don`t have love experience in fear of rejection, introverted personality and love skills. Those female college students who don`t have love experience give up love confession is due to fear of rejection, introverted personality and love skills. There was significant difference between only child and non only child female colleague students in introverted personality and love skills. Non only child tend to agree with the reason of why they give up love confession is due to introverted personality and love skills. There was significant difference between city and rural female colleague students in introverted personality. Rural female colleague students give up love confession mainly due to introverted personality. There was significant difference between science and liberal arts for female colleague students in introverted personality and love skills. Science female colleague students give up love confession mainly due to their introverted personality and love skills. The four Grades difference for female colleague students in fear of rejection, introverted personality, love skills and the traditional conception is significant. Low grades female colleague students tend to agree with the reason of why female colleague students give up love confession is due to fear of rejection, introverted personality, love skills and the traditional conception.In summary, the conclusions were as follows:1. The questionnaire of why female colleague students give up love confession has good reliability and validity, satisfy the requirements of psychometric.The questionnaire can be the tool for measuring why female colleague students give up love confession.2. The reasons of why female college students give up love confession include four factors, namely, fear of rejection, introverted personality, love skills and the traditional conception.3.The reasons why female colleague students give up love confession mainly concerned with their introverted personality, lack of love skills and the influence of traditional conception. |
