In the 1980 s of the last century, China started reform and opening-up policy,entering the global economic system.In accordance with the inevitable trend of the globalization, the cross-strait tri-regional co-production has become the mainstream of creation after the conflict and compromise.In today’s global competition of film industry,as an art form carrying the national consciousness and common historical experience,Chinese films play a certain role in the construction of national image. During the thirty years,the co-production,as the most typical form of the dialogue and integration of Chinese films activities and cultural ecology, has formed a inclusive community which accommodates different historical origin,social system and even different ideology and value orientation in the countries and regions influenced by Chinese culture.According to the views above,this paper,from the perspective of cultural studies,combining with the film history,politics,sociology and other theories,analyzes the co-production of the 1980 s to new century under the globalization background of political, economic, cultural at that time and summarize the cross-strait tri-regional film’ development and change of communication,collaboration and talent exchange in order to find how the co-production drives the inclusive community.We observe that the cross-strait tri-regional films are influenced by the political, economic, and cultural factors and these factors gradually formed an alliance to stimulate the development of co-production in different ways to compete with Hollywood in the domestic market under the context of globalization.Experienced the first exploration in the 1980 s,the preliminary achievement in the 1990 s and the harmony in the new century,correspondingly,the inclusive community got a shoot chance in the historical reconciliation background of the 1980 s,surfaced in the concept of Chinese films,and made a new development when the co-production had entered a new age of cultural integration in the new century.To sum up,as neoliberalism has become the global leading force of economy, Chinese films are certain to enter into the global film resources integration after completing the film resources integration of Hong Kong and Taiwan.In a form of industry co-opetition,cross-strait tri-regional co-production illuminates Chinese film which contains the meaning of cultural inclusiveness.This basic route,from culture to industry,is the typical form constructed by the image of the China, common national and common history identification.Therefore,it will creat a acknowledgement form of state and national culture in the process of globalization and participate in the global cultural discourse competition and dialogue if achieving a win-win situation is realizable,which plays a noticeable role in enhancing the cultural discourse right of Chinese films and provides a good opportunity for the deep integration and development of Chinese film industry.
