Research For Public Cultural Demand Expression Of Rural Community Residents

At present, our country rural area is in the important period of accelerating the socialist new countryside and building a moderately prosperous society, cultural development of rural communities has made great progress, but still exists the condition of structural imbalance between supply and demand. An important reason for rural communities structural imbalance between supply and demand of public culture is lack of demand expression. Rural community residents’ demand expression is not a simple problem of resource distribution, behind the action, it reflects the current harsh realities of the damaged peasants’ interest and lack of demand expression.Public culture is a kind of public products, its characteristics such as the consumption of property right of publicity, non-competitive and non-exclusive, and long-lasting external effects, determine the public culture supply need government intervention. However, public culture is born to popular demand, the masses’ public cultural needs is the starting point and the foothold of its development. Therefore, the public culture supply should reflect the people’s wishes. However, due to lack of the dominant position of the rural community residents’, not-smooth of demand express channel, and lack of timely and effective response of the government, led to the supply of public culture is not people’s want. So the government should set up the demand expression, feedback and social evaluation, to ensure that the government provides the society or the market with public culture which is truly meets the needs of the people. Otherwise, the government offers the pubic adequate public culture, but not necessarily can get the satisfaction of people, but also will cause the public antipathy.This article studies the rural community public cultural demand expression, taking the rural construction as the background, the main part consists of chapter two to chapter five. First of all, this paper defined the public cultural demand expression of rural community residents, defined and distinguished rural communities, public culture and demand expression, described the relevant theoretical support, and provided the analysis frame of this article. Secondly, this paper systematically analyzed the current situation of the public cultural demand expression of rural community residents, using frequency analysis, case interview and chart, and proved the connection degree between basic variables of the rural community residents and the main body of demand, demand expression channel, the main body of supply, using the correlation analysis and individual interviews, and draws the following conclusions: from aspect of demand subject, occupation, health status, educational level, monthly average income, income level, social economic status, communication crowd, the prestige in association of residents, have obvious positive correlation with the will of the rural community residents express the public culture, and age, whether traditional of residents have obvious negative correlation with the degree of the will; from aspect of express channel, conflict severity between officials and the masses has obvious negative correlation with the open degree of the rural community residents public cultural demand expression channels, whether the construction of public cultural demand express channels is perfect has obvious positive correlation with the open degree of the rural community residents public cultural demand expression channels. from aspect of supply subject, whether the government’s decisions search for public opinion, whether to provide enough cultural information, whether to attach importance to residents’ demand, have positive correlation with rural community residents’ satisfaction with the government’s response, pointing out the influencing factors of rural community residents’ satisfaction with the government. Finally, in view of the status of the public cultural demand expression of rural community residents, this article put forward concrete suggestions and countermeasures from three aspects, such as strengthening the dominant position of residents in the public culture supply decision-making, unblocking residents’ public cultural demand expression channel, strengthening the construction of service government.The contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter: Introduction. Elaborate research background, research purpose and meaning, summarize the domestic and foreign research dynamic, and put forward the research design of this paper.The second chapter: Define the relevant concept of the paper, and put forward the theoretical basis and analysis framework.The third chapter: Taking a new rural community in Shandong province as the survey sample, make empirical research. Describe the survey sample, the current supply and demand situation of public culture, analyze satisfaction with community public culture condition and the status of community public cultural demand expression.The fourth chapter: This chapter analyzes the rural community public cultural factors influencing the demand expression, mainly from aspects of demand subject, channel, the supply subject.The fifth chapter: Explore countermeasures which can satisfy rural community public cultural demand, mainly by strengthening the subject status of the rural community residents, keeping the community public cultural demand expression channel open, and strengthening the construction of service government to make the corresponding improvement measures.The sixth chapter: Make a summary and expectation for this research.
