With the development of economic globalization, the economic and trade activities are increasing. More and more enterprises have established business relationship with foreign banks, so translation of legal text in bank English plays an important role. Deeds belong to legal texts. The research target of legal English is English instead of laws, which is applied in the aspect of laws. Due to the rigorous expression of laws, legal style is obviously different from other styles, which requires translators to understand the style features of legal English, translate them correctly and thus present laws accurately and completely.This report, based on the translation of Deed of Guarantee and Indemnity, Deed of Charge and Assignment over Assets, and Instrument of Trust, fully illustrates the text background and translation process from four aspects: task description, task process description, case analysis and conclusion. Among four aspects the core part of the report is case analysis. This part mainly focuses on the problems in the translation of postpositive attributes, and discusses the problems in classification.
