He provides them with a direction and some concrete and effective measures to take off deficient and become rich, and to create economic opportunities and a better future. This paper is a translation report written after the accomplishment of the related contents. The report consists of four parts: task description, description of the translation process, case analysis and summarizes. The first chapter is the specific description of the translation task. The description of translation process is to describe the whole process of translation practice, which including three parts: preparation before translation, the specific translation process and matters after translation process. Case analysis is the key content of this report, which mainly describes some problems encountered in the process of translation and how to deal with them under the guidance of functional equivalence theory, and to translate with the help of translation methods like literal translation, division, inversion, free translation and so on, in order to reproduce the original contents and thoughts vividly as well as improve the ability of translation. Finally, through the summary and reflection of the translation practice, the translator gets her own experience and lessons in the process of translation. In the completion of the translation practice report, the translator feels very productive, not only because of his own translation level has been greatly improved and the relevant translation theory and methods have been further understanding, but also because of the translator realizes her shortcomings which needs constantly efforts to overcome them.
