With the further development of communication with foreign countries, the informative texts in enterprises are of growing importance in business as the bridge of communication. Meanwhile, this kind of texts has become the main translation material for MTI students to practice.This thesis, in the form of the translation practice report, is based on the Chinese-English translation of the HACCP Plan of Goji Juice, a normative document in Ningxia Wolfberry Biological and Food Engineering Co.,Ltd. The following aspects are discussed:first, the translator describes the translation project and confirms the reader. Second, the translator analyzes the HACCP Plan of Goji Juice and describes the process of the translation. Third, the translator concludes the translation difficulties from lexical, syntactical and textual levels in the translation process and provides the solutions. Fourth, the translator states the significance of effective communication and text analysis in translation process.The translator realizes that it is very important to analyze the text and communicate with clients and group members in the translation project. Text analysis is the basis of the translation and good communication is the bridge in translation project. It is hoped that this report can provide some references to relative translation practice.
