C-E Translation Practice Report Of Jiangsu Fulgent Industrial Co.,Ltd Investment Plan(Chapter 1-7)

This report is written on the basis of the translator's practice translation of the selected chapters of Jiangsu Fulgent Co.Ltd Investment Plan.As a business plan,the investment plan is a written material about the conditions,development potential and implementation strategy of company and project according to a certain format and the specific requirement of content based on investigating,analyzing,collecting and sorting the relative materials to achieve the goal of gaining financing and the stage development for the company,enterprise or the project entity.And its main purpose is to help the investors judge the company or the project and then make the company gain the financing.So its importance is obvious.However,the research on the translation of investment plan,is still a new field and needs to be studied deeply.Only in this way can the satisfactory translation work be made.Based on the three principles of Skopos theory,namely skopos rule,coherence rule and fidelity rule,this thesis has analysis on the translation of investment plan in details.From the perspective of discussing the translation techniques of words,sentences and paragraphs,this thesis explores the feasibility of Skopos theory to business text translation.Through researches on the translation of investment plan,the author aims to make readers understand the features,skills and difficulties of investment plan translation clearly.Besides,the author wants to summarize the relative characteristics and its coping strategies of business texts,provide some experiences for the C-E business translation so as to decrease the trade friction and disputes brought by the translation through her own translation practice.
