The Chinese have been successfully out of the country, Chinese culture communication modes are various, Chinese international influence is also gradually improved."Chinese Bridge" began in 2002, which was organized by the Confucius Institute, was becoming a brand of "Hanban" actively promote Chinese learning and China culture, but also become an important channel for cultural exchange. "Chinese Bridge" competition according to the participating objects classification, including overseas students, middle school students, colledge students in China and business class. The research object of this thesis is the world university Chinese competition, there are two reasons: one is the match number and the greatest impact, the second one is that they are overseas Chinese learners, cross cultural phenomenon is more obvious, on cross culture teaching and communicative competence are more guidenced."Intercultural Communication" generally refers to people in different cultural background of communication, since the communication among different culture background causes communication obstacles. Therefore, understanding the differences between different cultures will help in cross-cultural communication. From this perspective, "Chinese Bridge" competition itself is intercultural communication, from around the world gathered for Chinese college students, because of China culture together for love, in the field of intercultural communication in the grand, The performance of both the cultural differences, but also the performance of the multi culture blending.In 2014 the 13 th "Chinese Bridge" World University Chinese final(four finals and national finals) as research content, I collated and summarized by players from many countries in the process of competition corpus, including all aspects of intercultural communication involved, and analyses the phenomenon of cultural differences and culture blending between different cultural background, reveal the "Chinese Bridge" competition on the Chinese language teaching and intercultural communication t. The first chapter for this article is research background, purpose and significance, research methods and research status. The second chapter is the thirteenth "Chinese Bridge" game development and competition situation analysis, the third chapter is the phenomenon for the cultural differences between the thirteenth "Chinese Bridge" competition show in cross cultural communication and cultural, the fourth chapter is significance for the thirteenth "Chinese Bridge" competition to cultivate intercultural communicative competence in foreign language teaching teachers and students.
