Around the world, culture and the economy’s blending is increasing, cultural force is keeping pace with economic power, cultural economy has become the mainstream of the times, and has a profound impact on all aspects of human political, economic, cultural and social life. China has rich cultural resources, but there is a great gap with the developed countries on the conversion between cultural resources and cultural capital.The article combs theoretical course and practice process of cultural resources capitalization and its drive mechanism. Through the analysis of the present situation, opportunities and challenges of China cultural resource capitalization, this article put forward cultural resources capitalization realistic path of China, including carrying forward the tradition and contemporary high value development, national characteristics to keep pace with international vision, respecting for the personality and the overall promotion,combining cultural resources and tourism industry, paying attention to both the economic value and the social value. And then,this article promote recommendations about cultural resources capitalization of China, including in-depth research to find out the real situation about capitalization of cultural resources; comprehensively deepen reforms, formulate cultural policies integrating public cultural services and market operation; adapting noble cultural consumption trends, cultivate mature market mechanism; promoting financial innovation to build a diversified investment and financing channels; accelerating the training and development of human resources, to realize the fundamental enhancement of the quality of people; implementationof innovation-driven strategy, to promote people’s innovation.
