Children’s good moral personality cultivation lay the foundation on the healthy growth of children’s life. It will often appears chaos social values, moral confusion In social transition and teenagers are easily generate moral anomie, and even produce the distortion of the moral personality.Family not only bears the "support" children’s responsibility, also bear the "education" children’s obligation.Childhood is a critical period to develop moral character, and Chinese attaches importance to the moral character of people since ancient times,the moral education philosophy of Confucian that emphasis on "cultivate oneselfs moral character " has been passed so far.Moral education for children in terms of families have an unparalleled advantage. Family moral education in ancient China attach great importance to cultivate children’s moral personality and provide a reference in moral education for families in transition.Family moral education has become an important means of good moral character development of children.Through the literature research study,I found the concept of family education, family structure, the parent-child relationship and the way of family education become the important factors that affect children’s moral personality cultivation.Then, I surveyed the students and their parents through questionnaire investigation and interview method in some rural areas of Tai’an City in Shandong province, and point out that the current reason for the development of children’s moral personality is the confused idea of family education, the changes of the children’s growth environment, poor parent-child relationship and the formation of bad way of family nurture.In view of the exposed problems in the development of children’s moral personality,I put forward four aspects that changing the concept of family education,reshaping the family moral education environment,rebuilding a good parent-child relationship and forming a good way of upbringing to strengthen the construction of family moral education in order to promote the healthy growth of children’s moral personality.In conclusion, I hope that through the study we can let people realize the importance of family moral education, attache great importance to the formation of children’s moral personality and let more family attach great importance to the family moral education,and also hope to give a modest force for the development of Chinese family education.
