The Chinese characters of real estate industry design, combination the Chinese traditional culture with the modern design. At the same time, give Chinese characters a new era of characteristics. The design in modern spirit with the primitive’s simplicity. The design of Chinese characters has modern sense. It’s rich and reasonable in modeling, communication, cultural background, which makes Chinese characters reflect not only the creativity but also show the great Chinese culture. It is a new and unique Chinese culture carrier. This essay regards the current situation and usage of Chinese characters designing in real estate as its main party. Choosing typical cases from the real estate in China which are not only hot but also hold the balance, stating and explaining by5sections. In section4, putting cases to the proof is the key point of this essay. In addition, there is an conclusion of all the previous sections, Some recommendation and means for designers in the future usage of Chinese characters about the real estate are performed in section5.Chinese characters and signs both are a symbol, they have similar functions to integrate all information into the symbol, and then convey to the audience. Combining Chinese characters and signs, this not only stresses the transferring function of sign information, but also stresses the rich cultural deposits. The current competition in the market is no longer simply competition of a product, but competition of brand and corporate culture. With people paying more attention to the traditional culture, various Chinese characters combined with modern forms will be applied more and more widely.
