Zhongyuanyinyun is representative book on modern Chinese phonetic and important material of Chinese phonetic studies. In the contemporary, No matter in style, content, and structure of phonetic, Zhongzhouyuefuyinyunleibian is very similar with Zhongyuanyinyun, the two books have a lot of contact. Although the study of the two books is very rich and deep, but the research of the relationship of them mostly stays on the surface. In order to clear the relationship between the two books, study the system of phonetic of them, thiis article will explain the similarities and differences between them on style, system and phonetic of the two books.In style parts, we will compare the two books from three aspects:the basic style, the style of yunpu, the explanatory note and fanqie. We focus on comparing the yinyangyun and "shou" of Zhongzhouyuefuyinyunleibian.In the system of yunshu parts, we will compare the two books from four aspects: the xiaoyun, the order of xiaoyun, the yunzi, and the order of yunzi. We summarized Zhongyuanyinyun add, delete, merger, separation and transfer of the xiaoyun of Zhongzhouyuefuyinyunleibian. We have these differences of yunzi can be divided into three parts:the extra yunzi, the yitizi, and the tongyinzi. We sort the xiaoyun and yunzi in the form of tables, and study the different laws of the two books.In the phonetic parts, we will we will compare the two books from initials system, finals system and tones system. We compared ying and yu of the two books,Through the above three parts, we can draw the following conclusions: Zhongyuanyinyun refers to Zhongzhouyuefuyinyunleibian, is written on the basis of it.
