The Study On Verbal Grammar In Book Of Yili

As one of the Six Classics which were deleted and arranged by Confucius, there are seventeen articles in Book of Yili,72230words. The books record the variety social etiquette of Qin Dynasty, including wedding ceremony, funeral and so on. The Book of Yili is the earliest extant book about ritual system in our country. Yili and Rites of Zhou, Liji called the three rituals. In the midst of them, Yili appeared earliest and firstly be established as a school official.It has a significant impact.On China’s ideology, ritual, culture and so on.even to this day, Yili is indispensable for our culture.In a sense, the verb is the core for a sentence.Grammar status of verb is extremely important, and many other grammatical elements related to the verb. Verbs and associated sentence is the focus of grammatical research. Our article is from the perspective of syntax analysis to study verbs and sentence.This paper takes Yili as its object of study.We will survey the verb of Yili with four chapters.In Chapter1and2, we introduce the characteristics of the verb and determine the standard of judgment and the classification.By quantitative statistics about the verbs in Yili, the ratio of verbs is computed.The third chapter, from the perspective of lexical and syntactic to classify the verbs of the book of Yili.In the book of Yili, the verb can be classified into7classes including directional verb, existential verb, auxiliary verb, causative verb, like-like verb,psychological verb,action verb. Without the judgement verb.Polyphony verb can be divided into single morpheme word and compound word which consist of the associative form, verb-object form, subject-verb form and supplemental tape.The fourth chapter studies verb syntactic including verb features and how verb to be the sentence element.According to the above classification about the seven classes,there are five kinds of structure,including verbal predicate,single object structure,serial verb structure,double object structure,pivot structure.Focus on the serial verb structure,aim at the dispute,put forward the specific standard. The second one discusses verb position in a sentence, including predicate, attribute, adverbial, subject and object.
