The Kazakh Scientific And Technological Terminology Word-building Under The Chinese Language

Language is a social phenomenon, it develops with the development of society. In general, the generation of terminology includes technical terms and unethical terms. In china, scientific and technological terminology of Kazak language is translated from Chinese through various media, then through contact and master Kazakh people understand the latest science and technology by the words which reflect the trends of science and technology and cutting-edge information. Part of science and technology terms from abroad are translated into Chinese then quoted to the Kazakh language. In China, the development of Chinese and Kazakh language terminology is synchronous, correlation, mutual influence, the two have very close relationship.To study the word formation of Kazakh terminology on system, detailed, in-depth is an urgent research topic in the study field of Chinese Kazakh word formation.This article proposed the signification and value of the research of the Kazakh language science term word-building under the Chinese language with the method of paper study. Through the comparison between Chinese and Kazakh, it made a detailed summarize on science term and laid foundation of research on the Kazakh science word-building term theory.Based on the evolution it divided the Kazakh science term word-building into three periods to tell the process of Kazakh science term in history; Discuss it from various subject perspective, analyse the origin of science term in different kinds of subject, sum up the main derivation of Kazakh science term. Via statistic analysis on the used way to word-build Kazakh science term to know the modern situation of it, then construe its structure type, word-building, character and principle, and application. Using the 《Standard terms dictionary of Chinese and Kazakh》 as the platform, analyzing the problem of word-building, this assay gives some advice on Kazakh science word-building term on the basis of statistic, analysis, experiment.First of all, this paper will preliminary divide modern Kazakh scientific terms forming process into three periods, which is one of the innovations of this paper:first, the founding stage (1917-1949), i.e. namely the Soviet influence period; second, full time period (1950-1978), i.e. from the founding of new China to the end of the Cultural Revolution; third, the developing period (1979-2010), i.e. from the Reform and Opening Policy till now. This paper will focus on the developing period, because this period is the one when the national science and technology develop rapidly, especially the Kazakh scientific and technology elevating faster after our country executes Reforming and Opening Policy. Moreover, terminology of this period reflects the decades’scientific level, marked our country enter into a new period of a hitherto unknown science and technology development. So studying Kazakh national technical terms of Kazakh language in this period can make us fully understand the latest and real situation of culture, science and technology progress of Kazakh, and find some important problems which need prompt solution. In addition, the foundation of the two word-building principles:economy and ease of communication, the problem handling between those two and the selecting of their relationship is the other innovation. Again, this paper is persisting in "the principle of word-formation economically and exchange speedily", and on the basis of roughly equal length of word and parisyllabicin Chinese or English, study the word formation and the corresponding of words、corresponding of words and phrases in translation, choose or generate the most economic、the most efficient way to solve and breakthrough in the "limited word long" and achieve the expression "complex meaning" purposes. This is the most basic innovations on the Kazakh form of word formation. As well, the former have not pay attention to this field.Scientific and technical terminology are often the quickest speed of development in the national language culture as well as it can be the most sensitiveness to reflect the level of scientific progress terms. There are also research value of scientific and technical terminology:look from the phenomenon, this text is a word comparative study of "the Kazakh scientific and technological terminology", but in fact this article is a study of "the Kazakh scientific and technological terminology" which choose Chinese as the object of reference, namely this paper is a comparative study report of the bilingualism.
