The translation of this book will be helpful for us to absorb the fruits and research methods of western countries and popularize the knowledge of the psychology of relationships.This thesis translated the fourth and fifth chapters of the book The Psychology of Relationships. During the translation, I studied the features of textbook and read a lot of books related with the psychology. In translating the chapters, I used such translation strategies as amplification, notation, paraphrases, omission and division to make the translation much more professional, accurate and smooth.
