China and Vietnam are two neighbour countries, closely related,connected bymountains and rivers. Along with the strenghtening of the economical and cultural cooperation between China and Vietnam, Vietnamese who started studying Chinese language are constantly increasing. Fushou, fengzhou is the capital city of fanyang, but at the same time was the first capital of Vietnam. Fushou province has a thousand years old historical and ethnic culture, the area obtained the protection from Vietnamese state. In this context, the ability of theaching and learning Chinese is obtaining huge progresses at Hung Vuong University in Fushou province. Hung Vuong University is the pride of Fushou province.This study research is about the fieldwork conducted by the author during September2014at this university. The methods used to obtain the desired results during this research had been questionnaires and direct observation.The purpose of this paper based on the study of Mandarin teaching of this university is that to find Mandarin teaching problems and put forward the corresponding solutions, to provide useful suggestions for Mandarin teaching inVietnam.The thesis is basically divided in the following parts:abstract,introduction, three chapters corresponding to the main text.The introduction mainly explains the background, research status and research methods of this paper.The first chapter mainly introduces the general situation of the development of Mandarin teaching in Vietnam, including the development of higher education, Mandarin teaching in Vietnam(the historical development and the basic status), Mandarin advantage of university in Vietnam.The second chapter introduces the survey of Hung Vuong University Mandarin teaching situation, including school situation,Mandarin curricula,students,teachers,textbooks,teaching conditions,teaching guarantee condition and the assessment methods of Mandarin.The third chapter mainly introduces the problems and countermeasures of Hung Vuong University Mandarin teaching.
