The research has always been dominated about the noun classifiers,and the research of action classifiers has always been neglected. In recent years, the action classifiers gradually getting attention, but has largely been confined to the action classifiers of the lower classifications, definitions, and so on, the action classifiers of micro-studies (such as a certain action classifiers) is less. "Ci" and "Hui" are two meter number words of similar meaning in modern Chinese, but also special counts for two of the most frequently used phrases in momentum terms. Second language learners are difficult to identify and accurately using action classifiers, "Ci" and "Hui".Therefore,paper to moving quantifiers "Ci"%"Hui" and verb of combination, and both of similarities and differences for research content, on the basic of a lot of corpus, and using semantic analysis method on moving quantifiers and verb of combination for analysis:1, determined the boundaries standard of the verb, and put verb is divided into following several class:double territories verb, and no territories verb, and frond territories verb, and behind territories verb and moments verb, through corpus analysis learned that, Momentum and instant verbs used in combination.2, explores effects of the semantic and pragmatic factors on action classifiers "Ci" and "Hui" combined with verbs.And according to the similarities and differences of the two action classifiers "Ci" and "Hui", the author proposes some suggestions, that are individual interpretation teaching, module portfolio teaching, contextual teaching, and so on.
