Intangible cultural heritage is considered to be a treasure among the world cultural arts.Nowadays, the protection of it has become a hotspot around the world. China is one of the most ancient civilizations in the world and our predecessors have left us plenty of colorful intangible cultural heritage. In the course of constantly developing intangible cultural heritage,what we should consider and strive for is how to protect it better.Pushing on with modernization of the country’s governing system and capabilities and developing the advanced socialist culture have been proposed at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.Intangible cultural heritage is an indispensable part of the advanced socialist culture.Thus, the protection of it is seen as the main content when we carry out the plan of building socialist advanced culture and practicing the core values of socialism.Though the government plays the leading role in the course of protecting intangible cultural heritage,we can not ignore other factors which act on this process.lt is certain to be an important topic that how to make the government to play the main part and the other multi-subjects to support the protection in the future.Taking the cork paintings of Fuzhou-onekind of the State-level non-material cultural heritages as example,the author aims to analyse the meaning and the achievement of the multi-agency management patter n used in the protection of intangible cultural heritage.In addition,this paper is going to point out the problems and deficiencies of this pattern and trying to find out the implementation mechanisms of the government leading, multi-subjects cooperating in protecting non-material cultural heritages.It is earnestly hoped that the multi-agency management pattern can be being perfected and work well in intangible cultural heritage protection.
