Research On The Satisfaction Experience Of Urban Fitness Leisure Spaces

With the increasing speed of economical development, urban residents become rich, and they turn to follow healthy lifestyle as well as improve the well-being of life more than ever. City Fitness Leisure Spaces tend to be important parts of residents’ daily life. At present, the infrastructures of city fitness leisure are ever-increasing and improving. It has been a significant subject in the process of urban development to optimize the residents’ fitness leisure spaces. Related study abroad began in the 1960s, pay close attention to the plan of urban fitness leisure spaces, the usage of various kind of space, the participation of diverse groups in the activities and the degree of their satisfaction. Domestic related study began in the early 21st century, received extensive attention of scholars with the development of sports industry, but still lack of the theory building and empirical applications of satisfaction evaluation system.Therefore, on the basis of a large number of literature and related research at home and abroad, this study tries to build a Satisfaction Evaluation System of Urban Commercial Fitness Leisure Spaces from four aspects, including the fitness leisure environment quality, the interaction services quality, the fitness leisure activities and the outcome quality, to provide a framework for empirical study of urban commercial fitness leisure spaces.By using the system above, the investigator conducted a questionnaire survey on the users of the typical commercial fitness leisure spaces in Fuzhou, evaluated the satisfaction of the fitness leisure spatial experience quantitatively and analyzed it qualitatively. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the system is verified by the survey data.This study utilizes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, to evaluated satisfaction of the commercial fitness leisure spatial experience of Fuzhou residents, then calculated the overall satisfaction of the satisfaction of the commercial fitness leisure spatial experience of Fuzhou residents. It also analyzes the importance and satisfaction of commercial fitness leisure spatial experience by the IPA, thus putting forward some specific recommendations on optimizing the service and management of the urban commercial fitness leisure spaces.
