With the transformation of society and the rapid economic development,the staff is unprecedented pressure in china.Leisure is becoming more and more important,because it can help the staff to get rid of pressure quickly,improving theirs' power,energy and happiness,and better fulfilling the role of responsibility in the field of work and life.This study going beyond the traditional negative leisure restraint study perspective,explores the positive impact of the spouse leisure support on the life satisfaction and work engagement based on "how to better participate in leisure" and introduces the work-family resource model.This study focus on the changes of individual resources in the process of resource flow,and explores the mechanism of the impact of spouse leisure support on life satisfaction and job engagement.Introducing the cross effects,the study explores the crossover effect of life satisfaction in dual-earner couples.On the basis of validating foreign theoretical models,The study enriches the research results in this field.This study selected questionnaire survey including 146 full-time employed married couples in china.Results showed that common method biases was not serious in the study.Family-self facility had a complete mediation effect on the relationship between spouse leisure support and life satisfaction.Family-self facility and meaning had a complete mediation effect on the relationship between spouse leisure support and work engagement.Life satisfaction crossed over between working spouses.Specifically,Spouse leisure support was related to the the recipient spouse's life satisfaction via family-self facility.And Spouse leisure support was related to the the recipient spouse's work engagement via family-self facility and meaning.Life satisfaction crossed over between working spouses,and wives' life satisfaction positively predicted husbands' life satisfaction,but not the other way around.Building upon the bottom-up models of SWB and the work-family resource model,we explored the effect mechanism of Spouse leisure support on life satisfaction and work engagement.Within a top-down framework,evaluations of domain satisfactions are consequences rather than causes of SWB.This result indicates that Spouse leisure support is related to all life satisfaction via leisure satisfaction.Based on the work-family resource model,this result supports the positive effect of Spouse leisure support on work engagement.Spouse leisure support which is the resource from home field had a positive effect on work engagement via the relation of family-self facility and The accumulation of individuals'resources.The result validates the the scientific nature of the work-family resource model from the path from family resources to the changes of individual resources to work filed outcomes.The study suggested that dual-earner couples need to understand spouse's leisure demand,and explore effective way to support spouse the pursuit of leisure activities.At the same time,the results suggested that employees' leisure demand is related closely to organizational performance.And organization should respect employees' leisure demand,and create organizational culture of "respect for employees' leisure demand",improving the staff to work engagement.Finally,study limitations and future research were discussed and we put forward the direction of future research from the perspective of resource flow and Longitudinal study.
