As an important form of music education, community music education plays a very important role in popular music culture in various countries and regions of the world. Object community music education is every member living in the community, with a strong popularity. Meanwhile, as a part of lifelong education,community music education plays an increasingly important role, it is a community cultural development, cultural activities necessary to protect the community level.Today, many countries in the world in community music education has entered a relatively mature development process, both in theory and practice of research or education, are in good running condition.
