Purpose:1. Explore the relationship of subjective well-being, positive emotions, coping,resilience and other factors of vocational students. Establish the structural equation model of positive emotions, subjective well-being and related factors, and to further explore the positive sentiment on SWB mechanism.2. Explore the effect of rational emotive training on positive emotions, subjective well-being and related factors, to provide new ideas for the future of vocational students positive emotions and SWB training.Methods:1. Survey research: to use GWB, PANAS, CD-RISC and SCSQ questionnaire on the612 students in the grade one of higher vocational colleges, to understand the current situation of subjective well-being of higher vocational students.2. Intervention studies: the rational emotive training on the same two natural classes of professional intervention control, including the implementation of rational emotive training intervention group and control group were normal course, investigate rational emotive measured before and after comparison of positive emotions, subjective well-being and impact of related factors.3. Statistical Methods: using t test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis of the higher vocational students, using structural equation modeling study positive emotions affect subjective well-being, coping styles and psychological elastic mechanism and path.Use the statistical methods such as chi-square test, study reasonable emotional training intervention effect.Results:The investigation and study1. Positive mood scores of vocational students was 29.23±5.396, subjective wellbeing score was 76.58 ± 6.723, the boys’ SWB score is 76.66 ± 8.146, girls is 76.54±5.882,and the girls were significantly higher than the national norm(t = 6.682, p <0.001), the boys were not significant.2. Positive coping of vocational students is significant difference in gender(t =-1.871,p <0.05), in which girls are better than boys. The three dimensions of resilience: resilience(t = 3.141, p <0.05), the strength(t = 3.608, p <0.01), optimism(t = 2.349, p <0.05) are all significant difference in gender, and boys are all higher than girls. each scale on each other demographic variables had not significantly different.3. There are different degrees of relationship between positive emotion, coping style,mental flexibility, subjective well-being and dimensions(p<0.05).4. Structural equation modeling analysis showed that positive emotion can directly influence the subjective well-being,can also through the coping style and mental flexibility indirectly affect subjective well-being.Intervention Study1. Conduct homogeneity test between the intervention group and the control group before rational emotive training, there were no significant difference on demographic variables and various scales of the two vocational students, in scores were comparable.2. Two sample t test was used in the intervention group and the control group of the higher vocational students of each subscale scores were compared, the intervention group the positive emotions, positive coping style, psychological elasticity of eachdimension, the scores of subjective well-being scores increased significantly, negative coping style was significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05); the intervention group and the control the difference between before and after the intervention group was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1. Positive emotions, coping style, mental flexibility were affected subjective well-being in a certain extent, The positive emotions can directly affect the subjective well-being, and can indirectly affect it through coping style, mental flexibility.2. Rational emotive training can significantly improve the effect of positive emotion,coping style, mental flexibility and subjective well-being. It can also significantly improvethe positive emotional level of vocational students, and enhance the use of positive coping style, reduce the application of negative coping style, improve the level of resilience and subjective well-being level.
