Organization Operating Charatcteristic Of Urban Square Dance On Yanliang District, Xi’an City

Square dance originates from people’s daily life. It was created by people means that it will be used by its owner. In 1990 s, it was spreaded to all over th e contry and could be seen in every city and downtown, no matter how much is the city and downtown. Then, how did these different scale organizations formed and run smoothly?As one of the mass sports, itself chartacteristics have extremely important implication to achieve people fitness. If Square dance can run normally, it depends that organizers could use available resources and capacity of itself to make reasonble planning, coordination and control on relevant factors, provide best method and play the best role of organization inner resourses, according to the actual situation of local and development rules of mass sports. Therefore, this paper tries to explore the surnival way and sorce of Square dance on Yanliang District of Xi’an City from the perspective of organization running characteristic.Based on large revevant information, using literature, field survey, interview, logical analysis and mathematical statistics to survey the organizition activity location, interview with Square dance organizers(square dance sponsors) and question them. Obtaining relevant study information for this paper through the survey to 10 activity locations. After summarizing and analysis on information, grasp and understand the organization operating characteristics and iving environment of Square dance. The results are as follows: ① Activity shows diversified trend, including national dance, folk dance, modern dance, ballroom dancing and aerobics. ② Organization forms consists of people spontaneous, non-profit informal organizations and formal organization of enterprises’ funding. ③ Two Organization structure characteristcs, one is administrative level system, the other is single organizational structure and regarded the sponsor as the core.④ Mainly depends on the social relation to develop and maintain the relation with organation member, making the organization operate more stablely. ⑤ Square dance organization living environment is : to communicate and transfer information resources and make more people enjoy Square dance resources, through the QQ group, micro-letters and other network media. the majority of organization funding come from organizational sponsors, lead dancer donations of Square Dance and fund-raising of the participants.Only the old university’s funds are invested by the company.Venues and facilities are not perfect. Most of the organizers are trained by social sports instructors at different levels. ⑥ Square dance organizer and leader dancer received professional training to ensure that the participants of Square dance can get scientific fitness guide in the practice process. Further, it illustrates that District Sports Cultural Center play more attention to the Social Sports Directors’ cultivation, and lay a solid foundation for getting professional learn and guidance when people play.⑦ The problems exsits when Organization operates. Unstable funding sources; short special square dance venues to limit the develop scale of the square dance; near the family area, the Square dance activity point bring noise problems to residents.Finding the hinder that obstruct the development and operation of the Square Dance and put forward corresponding recommendations: ① Government should strengthen the construction of the public square. ② Improve the understanding of Square dance’s fitness role. ③ Develop appropriate measures according to actual situation, ease the contradiction between Square Dance exercisers and community residents. ④ Organize various theme square dance contest, promote exchanges.
