With the development of society and economy,the income level and consumption level of the residents have been increasing,and the demand for public culture has been greatly increased.However,However,for a long time our country’s public culture has been dominated by the government.There are some problems of the government`s supply,such as the shortage of supply,the monotonous supply and the single main body of public supply.It is difficult to meet the growing public cultural needs.In this context.The public culture to supply self-organized way came into being,which is the current cultural needs of high heterogeneity,high autonomy of the development requirements coincide.The way of self-supply of public culture has become one of the inevitable trend of social development.Square dance with its low threshold of participation,constraints and other unique advantages,the emergence of a rapid mass base will become the first choice for people fitness,entertainment,square dance teams are also self-organized form of development to become the social self-supply of public culture model.This paper take the square dance teams in Dongfanghong Square in Lanzhou city as research target to study the problem of the evolution process of the formation,development.In the process of analysis,this paper focuses on answering a core question: what is the evolution mechanism of the square dance teams? In order to explore this issue,this paper analyzes and discusses the evolution process and the main influencing factors of the formation and development of the dance team based on the case and self-organization theory framework.This paper has five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,which is the background,significance,literature review and research ideas of this article.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis,which focuses on the concepts and theories involved in this paper.The third chapter is the introduction of the case section.In the fourth chapter,this paper elaborates the four development stages and the influencing factors of the four development stages,as well as introducing the driving force for development.This paper believes that the development of the square dance team is divided into the formation stage,the development stage,the stable stage and the decline stage.In different stages,the impact of the development of the dance team is different.At the stage of formation,theorganization tends to establish management and develop new members;in the development stage,the organization and management are more inclining to improve the internal management of the organization to ensure that the organization can obtain the development resources and establish clear management norms;In the stable stage,the cultural self-organization only need to maintain the original mode of operation,and gradually improve the management details of the organization to achieve the stable development of the organization;In the fading stage,the managers of the organization fail to achieve the effective management and ultimately lead to organizational division and decline.The fifth chapter puts suggestions of the paper.The sixth chapter is the summary chapter that mainly summarizes the previous conclusions,and puts the and shortcomings of this paper.
