| In recent years, the intimate relationship between the mind and the physical health of individuals has become more apparent. Behavioral Science in Medicine, second edition, addresses this relationship in a comprehensive way. Behavioral medicine is an emerging interdiscipline of behavioral science and biological medicine, focusing on the relationship between disease and the behavior of patients, behavioral disorders as well as the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and recovery of behavior-related diseases.In China, behavioral medicine is affiliated to psychiatry (Subject Code:320.57), but not yet be listed as a grade-3 subject.To most people, physical and mental diseases are among the most challenging of all life stressors.
