Positive attitude towards training can stimulate positive training, and negative training is always accompanied by a negative attitude toward training, which can improve an athlete’s performance, which can easily cause athlete’s grades slipped. Therefore, in-depth study of dance sport specific training, to stimulate the enthusiasm of the training, and further raise the level of good practice. This research combines sports dance of project features and sports dance special class of teaching status, using has literature information method, and expert interview method, and questionnaire survey method, and mathematical statistics method,, through on Beijing sports University Sports Art Department Sports Dance special students and the taught teachers for questionnaire survey, inquiry Beijing sports University Sports Dance special students training attitude effects factors and features, analysis different gender, and different grade students training attitude effects factors of differences. Conclusion in this study are as follows:1 Effect of sports dance special main factors affect the degree of students’ attitude towards training for:student teachers’ leading factors, environmental factors, environment factors, team factors, occupational evaluation factors, material factors.2 Students’ interest in sports dancing is a strong, individual students ’self-evaluation of too high or too low, training in attitude is not correct. Unbalanced sex ratio of sports dance special teachers and young teachers in particular, whose rich teaching experience, research is relatively weak. Sex ratio imbalance, some female students do not have a fixed partner. Employment Outlook is not optimistic of sports dance, students’ lack of awareness of employment planning. Specialized course of sports dance training as a whole better atmosphere, but the training environment is noisy, poor sound insulation between training venues.3 Sports dance special factors affecting students gender attitudes are different. Boys and girls in terms of teachers’ leading factor and occupational factors there is a significant difference. Teacher-led factors significant influence on the attitudes of girls than boys, and influence of occupational factors on male attitudes to significantly higher than that of girls. Team factor, students’ subjective factors, environment factors, material factor for the students of sports dance special gender training no significant difference in attitude.4 Sports dance special factors affecting the attitudes of different grades of students are different. Team factor, teacher-led and the effects of material factors on students’ there is a significant difference. Team factor on impact freshmen than seniors teacher effect was significantly larger than that of the dominant factor for the freshman junior and senior student; effects of material factors on seniors are significantly larger than the freshman, sophomore and junior students. Assessment of students’ subjective factors, occupational factors and the effects of environment factors on students’ there is no significant difference.
