Objectives To investigate the factors affecting the person’s attitude change who ask for the Psychological counseling and conceptualized. Construction of counseling in the theoretical framework of the influence factors of attitude change. Design of counseling peer assessment questionnaire, visual display of the key influencing factors, in order to facilitate the consultant to grasp the case’ unique influence factors and improves the effect of consultation.Methods Investigating the influencing factors by using the method of qualitative research. Be based on Hovland attitude change model of persuasion, self-designed semi-structured interview outline, conduct interviews with experienced counselors, the content of the interview are analyzed by using qualitative analysis. Through surveyed counselors’experience sharing, discussing the influencing factors during cognitive behavioral therapy consultation process, conceptualized and classified representative factor, constructing the theoretical framework of the corresponding.Design counseling peer assessment questionnaire which include Consultant questionnaire and Patient questionnaire. Through correlation analysis and content consistency reliability to examine the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results Influencing factor of attitude change mainly displays in four aspects: Consultant’s own factors, Patient factors, Counseling settings and Counseling relationship. Consultant’s own factors mainly displays in four aspects: The popularity of consultants, Establish the relationship between attitude and performance, Knowledge and experience, Communication skills; Patient factors mainly displays in six aspects:Desire for help, Personality characteristics, The features of the original attitude, Reserves of knowledge and experience, Cultural quality, Understanding of counseling. In consultant questionnaire the correlation between each project and total points is0.416~0.890(p<0.01), in patient questionnaire the correlation is0.410~0.883(p<0.01); Consultant questionnaire’s Cranach’α coefficient is0.830; Patient questionnaire’s Cranach’α coefficient is0.856.Conclusions The reference attitude change theory to inductive consulting situation influence attitude change factors and conceptualized, constructed the theoretical framework of the corresponding. Designed the counseling peer assessment questionnaire, had good reliability and validity, benefited consultants hold case unique influence factors.
