Yuanhang sports dancetraining Training Institutions in one of the sailing sports dance training institutions iin Shijiazhuang City influential training institutions. Since founded in 2003, sailing sports dance training from a teaching site development to four, its operating conditions continue to improve, Shijiazhuang has become the most successful sports dance training institutions, but from the beginning of 2012 operating situation has deteriorated significantly. This paper adopts the research methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis method, through the investigation and Analysis on sailing sports dance training institutions operating conditions, understand the voyage in operating the existing problems, and explore the effective development strategy, in order to help sailing sports dance training institutions to improve the operating conditions, to promote its healthy, sustainable development.Through the research, this paper comes to the conclusion as follows several studies:1. The agency belongs to the sports class of private non enterprise units, the internal organization structure is a typical line type structure, mechanism basically can achieve profitability; Monday to Sunday there are courses, but mainly concentrated in the evening, the training content is also more diversified; propaganda is hanging banners, leaflets issued two; the gender balance, with 30 years old of the following stage the youth coach, with bachelor degree, teacher qualification grade is higher; the sports experience is rich, but the specialization degree is low, not high in working stability.2. There are four main operating problems in Yuanhang sports dancetraining Training Institutions:one is the overall small scale, single investment; two is the internal organizational structure is not sound, the lack of incentive and restraint mechanism; three is the lack of awareness, simple, primitive; four is the level of coaches is weak, the specialized level is not high.3. Countermeasures to promote the development of Yuanhang sports dancetraining Training Institutions:one is with the school, expanding the business scale; the two is the implementation of the "chain" business, optimize the internal organizational structure; the three is to improve the degree of attention to propaganda, rich media; four is to pay attention to the construction of the coach team, ensure the quality of training.
