The Improvement Strategies Of College Students’ Adaptability Situation

With the growing importance and popularity continued to increase the proportion of college students in social groups of higher education, and in such a situation, the college students from all aspects of mental health concerns. As a young college is an important turning point toward socialization, but also the self-improvement of the critical period, through this stage of self-awareness as well as the surrounding environment to adapt quickly to better adjust their future direction of development, improvement themselves for the future into the community to lay a good foundation.In this study, the adaptability of this issue for college students to college students in Inner Mongolia was investigated as an example, examine all grades college students learning adaptability disparities in gender, grade, subject type of demographic questionnaire, learning adaptability College Students Features of development.This paper uses the questionnaire, take convenience sampling approach to students from four universities in Inner Mongolia for the survey(Inner Mongolia Normal University, Inner Mongolia University, Inner Mongolia Medical College, Inner Mongolia University), issuing a total of 420 questionnaires were valid questionnaires 398 copies, the effective rate of94.76%. And use spss19.0 data for statistical analysis questionnaire were analyzed the relationship between the level of adaptability and demographic variables of college students come to the following conclusion: Good(1) the overall level of adaptability Inner students, students in the adaptive Sort the scale scores for each dimension: interpersonal adaptability> role adaptability>career choice adaptability> Welfare symptoms> Learning Adaptability>Environment overall identity> adaptive daily living.(2) the adaptation of the best junior level.(3) Overall, male students than female college studentsadaptability.(4) Overall, slightly larger than the liberal arts college students science students, but the two are not significantly different.(5) the role of adaptive urban college students is significantly higher than rural students; but the environment in general agree with the city of college students is significantly lower than rural students.
