With the enhancement of comprehensive national strength and international status of ascension, and the world contact opportunities increasing, in recent years, more and more strangers came to China’s short-term business, travel, study abroad, after come into contact with the Chinese start to learn Chinese, and promoted the development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the demand for Chinese as a foreign language spoken language teaching material also increases gradually, there are many different kinds of Chinese as a foreign language spoken language teaching material. The pros and cons of Chinese as a foreign language teaching materials, directly affect the effect of the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language. Therefore, we should attach importance to teaching Chinese as a foreign language, to ensure the rationality of the teaching quality.In this paper, the two sets of primary stage of Chinese as a foreign language, spoken language teaching material "Chinese session 301 sentences",(book1&book 2) and the good: primary spoken Chinese(I, II, III, IV) as the research object, from the vocabulary, the text, grammar project and practice after class comparison and analysis on the four aspects of layout, sum up two sets of teaching materials of their respective advantages and disadvantages, and put forward the corresponding improvement Suggestions, hope for the future of primary Chinese as a foreign language spoken language teaching material(short-term crash) write provide valuable help.In addition to the introduction and conclusion part, the paper main body part is divided into the following four parts:Chinese speaking 301 sentences "in the first chapter" and "very good: primary oral Chinese vocabulary part, mainly from the amount of new words and new words level control two aspects of contrast; The comparison of the second chapter to the text part, from the text content theme, genre, and other aspects of comparison; The third chapter for grammar project part contrast, mainly from the grammar project number, project explain grammar, and syntax segmentation analysis in three aspects in detail, the fourth chapter for after-school exercises, from two aspects of exercise amount and topic.
