Hegel is a master of the representative figures and one of the greatest dialectics thinkers in German classical philosophy. It is full of speculative dialectic thinking, containing the seeds of historical materialism thought in the Philosophy of History. Hegel’ Thought of Laws of History not only has great significance in the history of the entire classical philosophy, but also has great historical significance to Marxist historical materialism. It is necessary. Based on this, the author tries to satart from the Hegel to the understanding of the social and historical development rule, the background of the history of law thoughts of Hegel, the basic content and its value in several aspects, such as system carding and discussed, in order to have a more clear and comprehensive understanding to the Hegel’ Thought of Laws of History.For the purpose of this article, It is contain the following contents:The first part, an overview of Hegel’s law thought the era background and its theoretical background and the theory of inheritance.The second part, detailed discusses the basic content of Hegel’ Thought of Laws of History. Mainly introduced the Hegelian world history is from junior to senior development history of the development view, "Absolute Spirit" is the fundamental driving force of the development of the history of law, and discusses Hegel for people associated with the role of the historical development of ideas.The third part, mainly expounds the status of Hegel’ Thought of Laws of History, and the Marxist historical materialism to Hegel’s historical inheritance and transcendence of law thought.The fourth part, mainly from the two aspects in the history of western philosophy and historical materialism of Marx effect indiscusses the thought of Hagel history of the law of value.
