Socrates position in the Western culture unparalleled, not because he makes philosophical shift underground from the sky, creates a moral philosophy, and not because he’s dialectics and rationalism, but Socrates philosophical devotion. Death of Socrates and Jesus’ suffering on the cross, constitute the highest incidents in Western philosophy and religion. That means philosophy and religion show the real life, and its existence for thousands of years has influenced Western mind. From the perspective of political philosophy to rethink the death of Socrates, it will aim at rethinking association between philosophy and politics. The reason of the death of Socrates is that, Socrates as the citizen and as a philosopher, there is a huge conflict between them. Socrates was not able to resolve the conflict between them, so that the defense in the philosophy placed opposite the politics. To resolve the conflict between them, it is necessary to have a wise political philosopher prudent character, but also to fulfill the duties of the legislative and political indoctrination.This article will study Political Philosophy of Socrates from three aspects. The first aspect is that Socrates will show the truth as a basis expounded the virtues of Socrates, and Socrates defenses and the bottom succumb law. the second analyzes the political philosophy of Socrates conflict, major digging his truth and opinion,philosophy and politics and double contract between man and God in political Philosophy from Socrates as a major part of this study. The last part is a contemporary revelation Socratic political Philosophy on three-pronged approach to discourse, they are democracy and freedom of speech, civil disobedience and the consequences on the rights and obligations of the theory. And finally the full text summary conclusions.
