Since the 1990s,cultural and creative industries began to rise in the whole world,Because of its characteristics, it has already become the new growth point of economic and social development.the scale and level of cultural and creative industries,which has innovation and creativity at its core is becoming one of the important benchmarks for the overall competitiveness of a country or region.Started with a summary of the relevant theories found in Chinese literature,such as the industry cluster theory,the (creative)field theory,the urban renewal theory,the "3T" theory.and so on,based on these document at summarize the basic characteristics of cultural and creative industries, the location selection factors of cultural and creative industries, the spatial distribution patterns of cultural and creative industries,at last use the spatial distribution of cultural and creative industries in Nanjing and Nanjing Chenguang 1865 Creativity Industrial Park for example,to verify the foregoing theory and research specialties.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)Because of the characteristics of cultural and creative industries,such as the trinity characteristic, the high value-added characteristic, the high penetration characteristic,the high risk characteristic,industrial organization presents clustering and networking trend,and so on.with the regional selection of cultural and creative industries,such as creative talents, cultural resources, social environment, market demand, the geographical position, the institutional environment and so on.Relying on the local culture and resources,The basic model of its spatial layout is divided into about several types:manufacturing dense urban type,urban old concentration distribution type,distributed coastal urban water system,near universities and research institutes dense type,new planning and construction type and distribution type of traffic near the rail line.(2)Analysis of the spatial layout of Nanjing cultural and creative industries, with the combination of historical geography method, from the past, present and future of the three dimensions in its analysis.Provides the necessary environment in which the city of Nanjing immigrant diversity of creative talent, precipitated Qinhuai history and culture, open space and urban economy, urban era update and other factors does well for the development of cultural and creative industries in Nanjing.Finally get its direction.At last, horizontal contrast with Hangzhou cultural and creative industries to draw their own strengths and weaknesses, to provide some advice and recommendations to enhance the future of the industry.(3)The development of Nanjing Chenguang 1865 Creativity Industrial Park showed that, the government, market, together with the enterprises and the local environment does the formation and development of cultural and creative industries, but there are also lots problems of Nanjing culture and creative industries need to be solved,such as lack of talent, information not unobstructed and incomplete of the industrial chain and so on.
