In the twenty-first Century, science and technology is improving rapidly, high-tech industry is flourishing, with the widely use of Internet technology, the world is becoming smaller.China is one of the world powerful countries, except for economic and military,culture is also an important symbol to measure a country strength. The symbol to evaluate a country cultural soft power includes its share in world cultural market and the value created by cultural industry in the percentage of its economic value. With the national support, cultural industry has been promoted, music culture industry must be developed rapidly.Erhu is one of the most representative ethnic musical instruments in China, it presents a part of Chinese culture in some ways, as a medium, erhu can spreads Chinese spirit, highlights and promotes excellent traditional Chinese culture to all the world. So in order to carry forward the erhu culture better, we must vigorously develop related erhu industries.Under the background of the market economy, cultural industry and music culture industry,we should not only look at the development of erhu from the point of view in music, but also from both aspects of music and the market. The main body of this paper consists of four chapters and a conclusion,the first chapter do statements on the development process of Erhu,and then described the concept of the cultural industry, music cultural industry, cultural industry of erhu and the connection between each other. Under the background of music culture industry, the second, third and forth chapter separately summarized and classified the market situation of erhu musical instruments, music collection and erhu record.After that, the writer put forward the existing problems of each market,the consumer demand,then put forwardIn this paper, as a postgraduate who learns erhu for several years and a customer who usually buys products of erhu, the writer records market status of erhu musical instruments, music collection, and erhu albums, brings up the requirements of erhu learners and customers in these industry, then use related marketing theories to put forward specific measures to solve the problem.
