In recent years, with the expanding of construction of large-scale projects in Hangzhou city, a large number of high -quality white porcelain were unearthed from the city ruins, academic attribution quarrels a lot of their belongings. Some considered that they belong to the " Longquan kiln" or" imitation Longquan official ", which were not locally produced.Others who believes that these porcelain was produced in Hangzhou, probably belonging to the Southern Song Guan or a kiln not yet been discovered. Features of these porcelain specimen is " fine soil, fine materials, fine work ", clearly not made by Longquan kilns. And a large number of waste appeared during kiln firing process was found, indicating that these white tires celadon may be locally produced in Hangzhou. But this view is still lacks scientific basis. Therefore, this paper will try through scientific means such as TL, composition analysis, comparing the samples of these high-quality white porcelain with products from Longquan Kiln, Tiger Cave kiln and Jiaotan kiln, hoping to find some scientific basis tostudy the belongning of these white celadon.Through inspection and research into the ancient literature, and carefully selected representative physical specimen, starting from the principle of ceramic technology, and combining with the results of recent archaeological discoveries, scientific specimens were analyzed and the experiment raised the possibility of these white Southern Song Dynasty celadon may produced locally in Hangzhou.The purpose and nature of these specimens were also studied, we considered these specimens is just the daily used porcelain in palace. It is not only an important part of the South Song kiln, but also an indispensable part during the development of the Southern Song Dynasty ceramics, belongs to the " Linan kiln" category.
